If you order items from us more often, it is of course possible that at a certain moment we only have a few items in the webshop that you are interested in. Because the shipping rates are in scales of 0-1 kg, 1-2 kg, 2-5 kg, 5-7 kg, 10-15 kg, etc., depending on the chosen delivery service, the weight of a few smaller items will of course leave a lot of room to send even more for the same shipping rate.
To provide a solution for this, we offer you an 'Article(s) Save' service with which you can save items free of charge that we will then send at a time determined by you. We store the purchased items with us and let you know the weight of your package at that time. This allows you to estimate approximately how much space there is for more items at a later time and/or, if desired, choose an even higher shipping weight class.
To make use of this, you can always notify us in advance, but to make the process more automatic, you can also simply select the items you wish to purchase at that time and choose the 'Pick up in store' option at checkout.
You can then simply pay without the additional shipping costs and indicate in the comments that you want to use the 'Save Items' service. We will pass on the shipping costs separately to you later, when we start shipping, and you can then pay these shipping costs via a separate payment link, or directly, to us.
